ReplyDeleteMy name is Rahul Durgadas Tongire. I am student of Late N.M.Lokhande Maharashtra Institute of Labour studies and I done Masters Degree in Labour Studies (M.L.S) batch 2008-2010. Our institute offers a Masters degree with specialization in Industrial relation and Human resource Management.
Institute provides training related to IR and HR and also provides training regarding statutory compliances. It also gives us a chance to visit to labour commissioner office, vigilance visits along with Government Labour officer (GLO), and a unique opportunity to visit to Labour and Industrial court.
Though I am a fresher in this field, but in our course we had many industrial visits which gave me an insight into the various aspects, functions and activities of this field.
